As someone who is LGBTQIA+ affirming, anti-racist, and dedicated to cultural humility, I see inclusivity as an ongoing practice—one that requires continual reflection, education, and growth. I actively seek out opportunities to deepen my understanding so I can better show up for the communities I serve.
